Before you book, you will need:
Program provides access to medical marijuana for patients with specific medical conditions
Once you’ve scheduled and PAID for your medical marijuana virtual consultation, you will receive a confirmation email from Duber Medical with the date, time and doctor you will be seeing, as well as a hyperlink for the video chat.
Please login to the video chat waiting room a few minutes before your appointment. You will enter a virtual waiting room and the doctor will admit you to the video chat when he or she is ready for you. You will have a virtual consultation to discuss your medical history and condition with the doctor and at the end of the appointment, the doctor will indicate whether or not you qualify for medical marijuana.
If you qualify, the doctor will complete the required electronic Physician Certification inside the state of Missouri portal within an hour of your appointment. The patient must register with the Complia application portal at https://mo-public.mycomplia.com/. Click on the ‘Register’ button on the upper right hand of the webpage and fill in the required information. You will receive a verification email to complete your registration after submitting your information.
(If a “Warning-Exiting Site” pop-up box appears, click “Yes” to proceed to the registry.)
Once Patients have registered, an application can be completed by logging into the Complia portal, clicking “+Create Application” and “New Patient Registration”. The Physician Certification will be available under the Physician/Condition information tab inside the portal.
Once your application is complete in the portal, the state of Missouri has 30 days to process your application. You will be able to login to the Patient Portal and download a copy of your card once processing is complete. To download a copy, login and you will see the approved license notification on the homepage. Go to the far right of the screen and click on the button underneath ‘Actions’ and then select ‘Download License’. You can also view the Patient User Guide here at any time for further instructions.
Please remember that cards are good for one year and must be renewed on an annual basis. We recommend scheduling your renewal appointment about 30 days prior to your card expiration to ensure you do not have a lapse in access to your medical marijuana.
Caregivers must register through the same portal as Patients at the Complia application portal: https://mo-public.mycomplia.com/. Once Caregivers have registered, an application can be completed by logging into the Complia portal, clicking “+Create Application” and “New Caregiver Registration”. Caregivers must have a Patient Authorization Form and the patient’s MMJ license number, which the patient will receive once their application is approved. This number will begin with ‘PAT’.
Please note, applications must be submitted through the on-line registry to be accepted. The fee to submit an application for a patient or caregiver is currently $25.58. The department has 30 days to process all submitted applications, and processes them in the order they were received.
