Will I get my medical marijuana card the same day I am seen by the doctor?

In Ohio, Kentucky, California and Texas – YES! These states offer same day receipt of your card or certification. We understand patients are eager to start their medical marijuana journey and we are here to help! In our other states – Duber Medical will submit the necessary certification or recommendation for approved patients within an hour of your appointment with the doctor. Depending on the state you are in, you may receive your medical marijuana card or license the same day, or it may take up to 30 days, depending on state approval timelines. Do I need medical records to meet with the doctor?

Our doctors do prefer that medical records are provided before or during the appointment to confirm a qualifying condition diagnosis. Depending on your condition, our doctors may be able to diagnose you during your medical marijuana consultation. Please call our customer support line at 833.977.2424 for additional questions. Medical records can be faxed to 937.709.5229; please ensure all records are clearly marked with the patient name and date of birth.

Will I receive a refund if I do not qualify?
A
Yes! Patients who do not qualify will receive a refund for their consultation with the doctor. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Where can I shop if I’m approved for my MMJ Card?
A
Patients may shop at any licensed dispensary in the state their card was issued. If patients wish to shop in other states with a medical marijuana program, they should check that state’s program for medical card reciprocity.

Does my state allow telehealth for medical marijuana card consultations?
A
Most states Duber Medical operates in now allow telehealth consultations! in the states of Mississippi & Kentucky, first time patients of Duber Medical must be seen in person by a doctor or nurse practitioner, as required by state law. Returning patients who are renewing their card in Mississippi & Kentucky can be seen via telemedicine.
